The public of private character of a place is given not only by its morphological or spatial attributes but also by the kind of functions that occur inside it. As man conditions space at the moment of its creation, it is space that also conditions man. The summoning or the magnetism that exercises a given space over its users is not always associated with the scale, the localization or the morphology; there also come in paly unsuspected conductual factors that riche the vision of the architect, and the urban planner.
